Collaboration with Chad Yakobson, brewmaster/owner of Crooked Stave Brewing, Fort Collins, CO. Epic brewmaster, Kevin Crompton, and Chad spent weeks working on the recipe and selecting the proper Brett strains & barrels to create a Saison-Brett Ale.
