Whirlpool additions of Mosaic, Simcoe and Mi Chinook add spice, pine, and notes of juicy pineapple. Dry-hopped it with Amarillo, Mosaic, and Simcoe for that classic Pacific Northwest piney, resinous, tropical aroma.
