With their main and original tasting room in San Marcos, California this brewer has spread its wings and created tasting rooms all over the United States, and they are looking to sell all over the world.

With a gothic, antique aesthetic with numerous religious references this beer is not only popular for its looks but also for its taste: they produce several "on tap" beers that are part of their regular rooster, such as the Red Poppy or the Number of the Beast; but they also offer limited edition or seasonal beers such as the Framboise de Amorosa.All their beers provide original, full flavours with depth as they are brewed by adding different elements to the brew such as cinnamon sticks, berries or chilies !
