Most beers, you can rate on a scale of 1 to 10. But once you drink a “10,” what can you drink from there? Nothing, right? Well, This One Goes to Eleven. The 11th installment in our “Twelve Days” holiday series is an Imperial Red Ale brewed with cabernet grapes for decadent red wine-like flavors. The beer has aromas of ripe jammy berries, caramel, and hints of oak that linger through a bittersweet finish. ’Tis the season to celebrate with a beer that goes ALL the way up.
