I completed my order electronically but somehow when you guys initiate a FedEx slip it pulled the incorrect address. My item was never received because FedEx needed a signature. I do not live in the state of Kansas, I live in the state of Maryland. As of today, I've not received my refund even though FedEx return the items. This distributing company was not willing to assist with the issue. FedEx stated that all you needed to do was contact them to update the address. The only response I continue to receive from you guys was that you typed it in. There is no way that a person could type an incomplete address with totally different numbers, street name and city and state. I tried to tell you guys that I believe it's a FedEx issue but in order to fix it you have to tell them to change the address. But you continue to tell me you sent the product to the address I identified. So I went straight to the company now. Let y'all deal with them and I still want my money.
