After distillation in Guatemala, the rum is transported to Portland, Oregon, where it is aged and bottled. It rests for approximately six to twelve months, developing greater smoothness and complexity before light filtration. Its aroma presents coconut, marshmallow, herbs, sugarcane, and gentle earthy notes. The palate offers white chocolate, floral notes, grass, mild spice, sarsaparilla, and subtle sweetness. A faint note of lime appears on its clean and refreshing finish. Bottled at 82.5 proof, it provides slightly more intensity than a standard 80-proof white rum.
