Nobilissima Prosecco is produced in the renown Prosecco DOC area. The appellation is characterized by a volcanic mineral-based soil and Mediterranean climate protected by the Alps and influenced by the mild sea breezes. The new DOC includes the regions of Veneto and Friuli-Venezia Giulia.
