Bootleggers Brewing

Bootleggers Brewery is a craft beer brewery with a combined tasting room which is located in Fullerton, California. It was founded in 2008 by Aaron and Patricia Barkenhagen. Bootleggers Brewery was the first production brewery in Fullerton, California. It is known as one of the largest breweries in Orange County, California. In 2012, Bootleggers Brewery moved to a new, larger location in downtown Fullerton, while the original tasting room remains at the original location and a new one opens with the brewery. Bootleggers Brewery now has tasting rooms in Redlands and Costa Mesa as well. In 2015, they expanded by building a new 30-barrel brew house and have brewed 400 unique beers since then.

Bootleggers Brewery does not have a specific style of beer, however they have brewed many unique beers. Some of their most known brews include Old World Hefeweizen, Palomino Pale Ale, Black Phoenix, and Rustic Rye IPA.
