WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
As long as the items are in stock, the orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
All sales are final.

WHAT IF MY ORDER GETS DAMAGED?
If your order gets damaged by the shipping carrier prior to delivery they order will be sent back to us and we will contact you for either a refund or reship.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Unfortunately, we do not ship international.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IN STORE?
Yes, you can pick up your order at our storefront located in San Diego, CA.

HOW CAN I CALCULATE SHIPPING COSTS?
You add the items you would like to purchase to the cart and than click Estimate Shipping & Taxes in the cart.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING NUMBER?
Once your orders gets shipped out, you will receive a tracking email from the carrier.

WHAT IF I AM NOT AVAILABLE TO ACCEPT THE DELIVERY?
It is the buyers responsibility to be assure they will be available to accept the delivery. In the event the order is shipped back to us, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping fees.
