When will my order be shipped?
As long as the items are in stock, orders are processed and shipped within 2–6 business days.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final.
What if my order gets damaged?
If an order is damaged by the shipping carrier prior to delivery, the order will be sent back and Craft City will contact the customer regarding refund or reship options.
Do you ship internationally?
Craft City does not ship internationally.
Do I need to sign for my order?
Yes. Alcohol orders require a valid 21+ adult signature on delivery.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also visit the Order Tracking page to check status.
