Nuanced aromas of fig, Luxardo cherry, black currant & lavender are accompanied by notes of toasty oak with every swirl. Each sip reveals complex layers of dark fruit, tobacco, cranberry and anise. The tannins are delicate and lingering, carrying flavors of chocolate and orange rind for a lengthy finish.

Davis Estates is a historic property in Calistoga, notable for its enormous windmill and sensitively designed barn and winery which emerge stylishly from the hillside.
