Kyla Hard Kombucha is a relatively new company that launched in 2018. KYLA was founded in Hood River, Oregon, and is owned by Full Sail Brewing. Their hard kombucha’s are made with a bespoke SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast), and they produce their kombucha through a secretive fermentation process that allows the beverage to be shelf- stable while still maintaining its live cultures.
