This peated single malt whisky was matured in the far end of our warehouse #3, exactly where the 63rd parallel cuts through our home. Silently, 63 has been resting here for 63 months, 63 decimeters above the ground, in 63 liter carefully selected 1st-fill Bourbon casks. We used malt peated at 63ppm, fermented for 63 hours, and bottled at 63%.

In the majestic landscape of a world heritage site, High Coast Distillery sits where the beautiful river Öngerman§lven merges into the sea. Here, the river is just about to reach the coast and slowly disappear out into the world, just like our single malt whisky.
