Created by DDL’s Master Blender, Sharon Sue-Hang-Baksh, this expression is markedly drier than the aged expressions preceding it, leaning into the smoky, mineralic profile that defines El Dorado’s extra-aged Special Reserve bottlings. Use this to add dried-fruit notes and a whisp of smoke to any cocktail, or simply enjoy it neat or over ice.
