• Tea-forward dry gin produced by The Kyoto Distillery in Kyoto, Japan
• Distilled using rice spirit and locally sourced Japanese botanicals
• Created in collaboration with tea-grower and blender Hori-Shichimeien, founded in the Meiji era in 1879
• Uji green tea leaves are harvested in Hori-Shichimeien’s Okunoyama Tea Garden, which dates to the 1300s, and blended carefully with a secret botanical recipe used only for this expression
• Proofed down with water sourced from the Fushimi region, known for its delicate brewing water
• Sweet and delicate on the nose, a hint of white chocolate complements juniper on the palate. The finish lingers long with the flavor of roasted green tea.
• 45.7% ABV

A number of super-premium teas from the famous Uji region to the south of Kyoto city have been specially selected to form the heart of KI NO TEA. Tencha and Gyokuru provide intense aromas and depth of flavor with a wonderful sweetness that occurs naturally in the distillation process.
