The eighth release in our annual Classic Cut series demonstrates our ongoing quest to seek out the extraordinary.
The Macallan Classic Cut - 2024 Edition has been bottled at 52.4% ABV and features notes of vanilla, tropical fruit and lemon. A multisensory myriad of dynamic and evolving flavours are unveiled with the addition of water, unlocking the doors within the Classic Cut universe. This whisky is anything but classic.
Vanilla. Tropical. Lemon.
This exceptional single malt has been matured in a combination of sherry seasoned European and American oak, and ex-bourbon casks.
On the nose are notes of rich vanilla, citrus peel and sweet oak, before baked custard, sweet green apple and vanilla are unveiled on the palate.
The Experience
Colour: Estate Sunrise
Nose: Rich Vanilla, Orchard Fruits, Marzipan, Citrus Peel, Fresh Picked Herbs and Sweet Oak.
Palate: Rich Vanilla, Baked Custard, Milk Chocolate, Sweet Green Apple and balanced Oak Spices.
Finish: Long, Rich and Sweet Finish.
