Overall Horrible Experience with Customer Service

I paid express shipping for this particular bottle of wine. I emailed customer service numerous times about it and explained to them the date that it was needed. I was not able to cancel without getting charged, and to top it off, the wine was out of stock, so I had to wait an additional days for the wine. I was still not able to cancel without getting charged. Now I cannot return the wine. Overall, horrible experience and I will not be purchasing from this company ever again.

I was still not able to cancel without getting charged. Now I cannot return the wine. Overall, horrible experience and I will not be purchasing from this company ever again.
