The Bruery is an American beer brewery based in Orange County, California. It was founded by a man named Patrick Rue. He came up with the name by combining his family’s name and the word brewery. Patrick Rue started brewing beer as a hobby and it soon became a passion of his. He opened the Bruery in 2008 and went on to earn the title of Master Cicerone.

The Bruery specializes in experimental beer brewed by the Belgium tradition. However, The Bruery doesn’t have a specific style of beer, instead the brew their beers based on the taste. This brewery is known for its unique ingredients and their oak barrels, which they use for the fermentation and aging of their beers. They’re also know for their strong bourbon ales.
