This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon is harvested in early fall from Uco Valley in Mendoza, Argentina. Grapes are de-stemmed and crushed, then fermented in stainless steel. After natural malolactic fermentation, 25% of the wine is aged in French and American oak for six months.
Elegant and well-structured with firm tannins. It has a balanced acidity and a long finish with notes of chocolate and coffee.
3 winds created the ideal terrior to cultivate the vine. At the foot of the Andes, varieties from the old world encountered generous sun and hardworking hands.
