• A vibrant, inviting nose of lime oil, green cardamom, lemongrass, and genever-esque malt wine; the palate shows herbaceous shiso, lavender, tangerine, and pine sap; cooling mint, cinnamon, and piquant sansho peppercorn keep things lively through the finish
• Non-chill filtered; 47% ABV

Jung One [yungwaan], which appropriately translates to garden in Korean, is a powerful showcase of the flavors that define Korean food and terroir.
