new friends just down the 91 in Orange County, Green Cheek Beer Company.
Evan Price and Brian Rauso have started this new project and we are
excited to be involved right from the start!
We have had heaps of fun with Evan over the past few years, jousting
back and forth with Battle of the Bands bets, and constant word play
whilst he was with Noble Brewing. We've long been enamored by his
breadth of style, and ability to take down hoppy medals from just about
any competition he enters (though he has yet to best us at Bistro…)
Details:
Pils malt base with a hop cocktail including El Dorado, Chinook Simcoe,
Bitter Gold, Mosaic, and Nelson Sauvin – blended by Rob, Evan and the
ESBC brew crew.
