Tasting Notes

• Visual
  Intense gold color with silvery reflections and hints of green wormwood.

• Nose
  Dominated by fresh plant notes like verbena, lemongrass, and peppermint, complemented by drier aromas of chamomile, thyme, and oregano.

• Palate
  Ample and harmonious, with flavors of scots pine and citron. Floral notes of elderflower and dried rose emerge. The génépi plant is present but balanced, allowing the full complexity of the distillate to shine through, culminating in a fresh and light finish.
