Sierra Nevada is the seventh-largest in the US. And a third-largest with a privately owned brewery. The Sierra Nevada came up with the name because of the founder's love of hiking in the Sierra Nevada mountain. The founder of the Company was Ken Grossman and Paul Camusi as well. They base the Sierra Nevada in Chico, California, in the US.
