James A. Miller began shipping barrels of his coveted whiskey down to New Orleans as early as the 1830s’ and there was no shortage of Chicken Cock Whiskey in "The Big Easy" in the many decades that followed. To commemorate this relationship that stems back nearly 300 years, we are proud to offer the New Orleans Bourbon Festival the very first single barrel of our Double Oak 9-Year Kentucky Whiskey to ever be released.
