Through Dad's Hat's collaboration with local farmers, who age their delicious, natural honey in our used Dad's Hat whiskey casks, comes a unique rye whiskey finished in those same barrels. The result is a subtle honey sweetness and a luscious mouthfeel that is a pleasure to drink. Deep reddish-brown hue yields to a rich nose of orange, cinnamon, pepper and vanilla – evolving as it opens.
