We blend and proof our whiskeys in annual vintages, a unique approach that allows us to embrace the nuances of each year’s barrels, which are naturally shaped by the barrel oak, mash bill, climate, and storage environment. Rather than replicating flavor profiles - the traditional method - we craft the best, not the same, whiskey every year.

We crafted this bourbon for those who enjoy the nuances of American Whiskey. We use the same custom mash bill as our straight bourbon, but age it for 5 years and bottle it at cask strength to accentuate its complex flavors and deliver a long, balanced finish.
