Talisker Storm Single Malt Scotch Whisky delivers the full maritime power of Talisker's Isle of Skye distillery. Matured in a mix of refill and rejuvenated oak casks, it's bottled non-chill filtered at 45.8% ABV (91.6 proof), a step above the standard 10 Year expression.

Distilled by the Sea on the Isle of Skye

Talisker has distilled on the rugged shores of the Isle of Skye for nearly two centuries, and that maritime setting shapes everything about the whisky. Storm was created to amplify Talisker's briny, coastal character, leaning further into the smoke, salt, and spice the distillery is known for.

Tasting Notes

• Nose: powerful and fresh, with sweet maltiness, ripe red berry fruit, mellow smoke, brine, and an oily hit of pepper.
• Palate: mellow and rich at first, turning spicy and increasingly intense, with tongue-coating sweetness, deep nutty smokiness, cranberry, and black currant.
• Finish: long, with walnuts, fruity peat, and lingering black pepper.

How to Enjoy It

Sip it neat to experience its full maritime intensity, or add a splash of water to draw out more of the sweetness, smoke, and salt in balance. Its bold, smoky character also holds up well in a whisky highball or smoked Old Fashioned.
