3 Tres Blanco Tequila is an unaged tequila crafted in Jalisco, Mexico, from 100% Blue Weber agave. It is produced under the direction of Master Distiller Stella Anguiano at NOM 1437 in the Los Valles tequila region. The spirit is twice distilled to create a clean and expressive agave profile. Because it does not undergo barrel maturation, the fresh character of the Blue Weber agave remains prominent. Its aroma offers tropical fruit, floral notes, fresh agave, citrus, and subtle white pepper. The palate has a soft, rounded mouthfeel with pineapple, raw sugar, herbs, and gentle spice. Light floral notes reminiscent of rose petals add an elegant dimension. Its finish is smooth and lingering, with pineapple, agave sweetness, and pepper. Bottled at 80 proof, it works well neat, over ice, or in Margaritas, Palomas, and other tequila cocktails.
