Pisco Capel and Alto del Carmen are unique spirits woven into the history and culture of Chile. They were born during the 17th Century in a valley of the Andean Mountain Range of Northern Chile. Pisco and Alto originated in a pristine environment unlike any other on earth. Pisco Capel and Alto del Carmen are produced by Cooperative Agricola y Pisquera Elqui Ltda., in the Elqui Valley, 350 miles north of Santiago
