Banfi Sparkling wines are produced at Banfi Piemonte’s historical 19th Century Sparkling Wine Cellars, formerly known as Bruzzone. Banfi Brut and Cuvée Aurora Rosé are expressly linked to the terroir and cellars dedicated to the production of Metodo Classico, where wine fermenting in the bottle rest on traditional, centuries-old pupitres. The elegance of the Banfi Sparkling wines makes them the perfect pairing for any celebration.
