We source our honey from local Irish apiaries, where bees produce honey made from wildflowers native to the region, including clover, bluebell and hawthorn. Celtic Honey's secret recipe speaks to the famed art of the Ancient Celts, whose intricate, swirling designs inspire the liqueur's playful and complex taste. The Irish whiskey used to make Celtic Honey continues the tradition of great distilling amongst the celebrated whiskey houses of Ireland. Naturally filtered Irish spring water, combined with plants and herbs indigenous to the meadows and forests of Ireland, are added to conjure a mystifying and delicious liqueur.
