• An extremely expressive nose displays honeysuckle, purple flower, and pastry crust. Peppermint and lemon zest on the palate diminish to a lingering finish of brªl©ed sugar.
• 44% ABV

Traditionally chilled and enjoyed as a palate cleanser between fish and meat courses (known in France as a "Trou Gascon") this blithe brandy is an intriguing replacement for pisco in cocktails.
