Cigar City Guayabera
Traditional throughout Latin America, the guayabera
shirt combines style, functionality, form and tradition in it’s
four-pocketed design. We at Cigar City feel the same reverence and
appreciation for the guayabera that we do for
the Citra hop varietal, an ingredient that imparts notes of tangerine,
lime and berries to this traditional American Pale Ale. The exclusive
use of Citra hops in this beer creates a flavor that’s at once unique
and recognizable, while it’s dry, crisp character and moderate alcohol
make it as refreshing and functional as a crisp linen guayabera.
Around the year 2009, in the city of Tampa, Florida, the Cigar City brewery was launched, a suitable name for the year 1800, the year in which a Cuban named Vicente Ybor began the production of cigarettes in the city of Tampa. Since its founding, this brewery revolutionized with Jai Alai IPA beer, which to this day is one of the best-selling in the United States; Since then, it has innovated with new beers that have been awarded in important events such as the Great American Beer Festival, one of these innovative beers is the Cigar City Guayabera.

The Cigar City Guayabera mixes ingredients that impart deeply pleasant aromas of citrus fruits like lime, berries, and mandarin oranges, flavors which make of this beer a delicious experience with every drink.
Everyone knows their tastes perfectly, and that is why sometimes it can be very difficult to find a flavor that suits the taste of our palates, however, the use of such citrus in this beer, combined with a crisp, dry sensation, and also a moderate degree of alcohol, make this beer a unique "elixir" to try.
