Komos starts with perfectly ripe 100%Blue Weber agave from both the highlands and lowlands of Jalisco, Mexico. The pi±as are roasted in traditional stone ovens, naturally fermented, and twice distilled in copper pot stills in the city of Tequila, Mexico. This creates a beautiful Blanco tequila to which we add our Mediterranean winemaking expertise. Our three expressions of Tequila are each rested in unique and elegant wine barrels before bottling, giving them rich, yet delicate flavors and opulent aromas.
