It is considered the tastiest cherry in the world as confirmed by chemical analysis which shows that the Marasca cherry, in its natural habitat in Dalmatia, after the concentration of key content, consists primarily of dry matter and some aromatic compounds, superior to any other cherry in the world. The best representatives of the world famous combination of alcohol and juice with Marasca cherries, are Cherry Brandy and Cherrica liqueurs. A special production process in which the alcohol is mixed with the juice of indigenous Marasca cherry reveals sweet-sour taste with the natural fruity scent unique to the market.
