Brother’s Mark is named in honor of second-generation members Jim and John Pedroncelli. They made their mark in Dry Creek Valley as the first winery to plant Cabernet Sauvignon, in the industry, community as well as the family for over 60 years. This Cabernet based blend of brethren estate grown Bordeaux varieties features layers of striking flavors and great character. Aromas and flavors of dark red berries, plum, dried green herbs and mocha toast notes frame this ready to drink wine framed by rounded tannins and substantial structure.

Aromas of cassis, mocha and spicy oak introduce this medium bodied Cabernet Sauvignon. Flavors are framed by cherry and black plum, toasty soft tannins with a hint of oregano. Great structure combined with a round and long finish gives lasting enjoyment.

Our story is the immigrant experience coming to life as the American dream. Founded in 1927 by Giovanni & Giulia Pedroncelli we are a four-generation family winery and grape growers. We are here for the long term and sustainability comes naturally to us. Our wines tell the story of longevity, craftmanship and integrity-they tell the story of vintage and vineyard one glass at a time

Pedroncelli Winery was founded by Giovanni & Giulia Pedroncelli in 1927 when they purchased 25 acres of vineyard, a home and a shuttered winery (mid Prohibition). They farmed and sold the grapes until Repeal and now four generations of Pedroncellis call this home. Located in Geyserville, the family now farms 100 acres of grapes (Zinfandel and Cabernet Sauvignon chiefly among 9 varieties), and produces 50,000 cases of wine, all grown, harvested, aged and bottled at the winery nestled in the eastern hills of the Dry Creek Valley. Now women owned, the winery is led by President Julie Pedroncelli St. John and winemaker Montserrat Reece has been making wine for 17 vintages and counting.

Proof/ABV: 13.5
