Pedroncelli Pinot Noir Russian River Valley 21 750ML
The fruit for our Pinot Noir comes from two vineyards: Harrich and Brooks which are in the northern area of the Russian River Valley. Pinot Noir grown in the cool climate of the Russian River Valley in Sonoma County is regularly influenced by the coastal influence. This natural nighttime air-conditioning allows the grapes to develop full flavor maturity over an extended growing season while retaining the all-important acidity. Aromas of rose petals, pomegranate and a touch of nutmeg in the nose. A light body frames the flavors of cherry, plum and vanilla with a touch of minerality and balanced acidity. A round smooth finish with lingering fruit flavors is offset by smooth tannins. An elegant Pinot Noir.

Our story is the immigrant experience coming to life as the American dream. Founded in 1927 by Giovanni & Giulia Pedroncelli we are a four-generation family winery and grape growers. We are here for the long term and sustainability comes naturally to us. Our wines tell the story of longevity, craftmanship and integrity-they tell the story of vintage and vineyard one glass at a time
Pedroncelli Winery was founded by Giovanni & Giulia Pedroncelli in 1927 when they purchased 25 acres of vineyard, a home and a shuttered winery (mid Prohibition). They farmed and sold the grapes until Repeal and now four generations of Pedroncellis call this home. Located in Geyserville, the family now farms 100 acres of grapes (Zinfandel and Cabernet Sauvignon chiefly among 9 varieties), and produces 50,000 cases of wine, all grown, harvested, aged and bottled at the winery nestled in the eastern hills of the Dry Creek Valley. Now women owned, the winery is led by President Julie Pedroncelli St. John and winemaker Montserrat Reece has been making wine for 17 vintages and counting.
