Riva de la Rosa Verdicchio di Matelica DOC was born in the Matelica terroir, nestled in the upper Esina Valley within the Marche region, a picturesque area between the Adriatic Sea and the Tyrrhenian Sea. The grapes are carefully shielded from oxygen using a unique method where carbonated snow is used to shield the grapes, preserving their innate freshness. Afterward, a gentle pressing along with a thermo-regulated fermentation process are employed to ensure that only the pure, crisp flavors take center stage.

Aromas of apples, lemons and stone fruits followed by flavors of apricot, lime, and toasted almonds. The palate is rich, savory, and fresh in acidity with good structure.

Named for the roses planted to watch over the vineyards, Riva de la Rosa, or "Shore of the Rose," pays tribute to the ingenuity of farmers and the beauty of this ancient land. These magical winegrowing regions are surrounded by the sea and blanketed in the warmth of the sun. The powerful coastal influences are evident in each vineyard, with sea breezes and mineral-rich soils providing incredible salinity to the wines.
