Mexico- Tequila Carrera has been dedicated to the manufacture of tequila for over 15 years. All agaves grow 6-8 years to maturity and are cooked in a stone/brick oven. Aroma: Vanilla, American Oak, Cooked agave and spices. Flavor: American Oak, followed with sweet agave and black pepper
