Made in a clean, crisp style, the Chardonnay first undergoes partial malolactic fermentation to enhance aromas and mouthfeel. With a pale 24-karat gold color and inviting tropical fruit aromas, this Chardonnay is irresistible. 79% fermented on French and American oak staves; Partial malolactic fermentation to enhance aroma and mouthfeel. Three Thieves Chardonnay received 88 points from Wine Enthusiast in 2021. This wine pairs well with seafood with butter and brown-butter sauces or sage-butter chicken.
