KI NO BI Edition K is the result of a unique collaboration with independent Islay Scotch whisky distiller Kilchoman. Kyoto Distillery’s KI NO BI Kyoto Dry Gin is aged just shy of a year in ex-bourbon barrels previously used to mature Kilchoman’s peated malt. The result is an incredibly well-integrated, barrel-aged gin that harmoniously marries all the stone fruit and peat smoke of Kilchoman whisky with KI NO BI’s citrus- and spice-driven botanical profile.
