A Blend of Multiple Mash Bills

Bourye brings together several distinct mash bills: a 95% rye, 5% barley malt straight rye, alongside two bourbons, a 75% corn, 21% rye, 4% barley malt recipe and a 60% corn, 36% rye, 4% barley malt recipe. The result is a genuinely complex blended whiskey that draws on the best of both bourbon's sweetness and rye's spice.

High West Bourye delivers a complex and balanced drinking experience, with notes of caramel, vanilla, oak, baking spices, and rye pepper. Its smooth, layered finish makes it an excellent addition to any whiskey collection.
