Cuvee Palomar is characterized by its bold violet color and attractive nose, with aromas of red fruit such us raspberry and strawberry, as well as notes of red liquorice. This flavors are perfectly integreted with the wood, bringing excellence and depth, with an underlaying essence of pattiserie. On the palate it is highly aromatic, with a delicate and elegant texture, and a very fresh finish.

Defined by the natural balance of the varieties, as well as the particular terroir, and the vintage in question. Each year the aim is to reach a natural equilibrium that takes into account all the key factors, climate, soil, variety and human factor.
