Smoky goodness

I purchased the Amaro Sfumato specifically to use as an ingredient in a truly delicious sounding tiki-inspired cocktail. It provided a nice smoky and bitter counterpart to an otherwise pretty cloyingly sweet drink, and my next move is trying it in a negroni, which is probably one of my favorite cocktails. Granted, the smokiness of the Sfumato is probably not for everybody, but I love pretty much anything smoked, from smoked lagers to smoked cocktails, so this was a natural move for me.
