To this end, you will find a full-bodied whiskey with a youthful personality that is starting to show some interesting secondary flavors. To accentuate these flavors, we finished 20% of the whiskey in this batch for a short time in apera barrels (Australian sherry). One of the hallmarks of this batch is a concentrated sweetness that is balanced and interesting.
