This wine was inspired by the floral Sauvignon Blancs produced in France's Loire Valley. Sourced from organically-grown grapes and harvested earlier in the season, this wine is crisp and mineral-driven.

Each vineyard is chosen for its quality and unique aptitude, with soil types ranging from volcanic to clay to bring out the best in each grape in their array of wines. All Brendel wines are made by Heitz Cellar Director of Winemaking, Brittany Sherwood, guaranteeing high-quality wines that are made with a unique philosophy but the same Heitz integrity. Handcrafted for daily consumption and enjoyment, the wines never touch a new oak barrel, and are intended to be vibrant, fresh and pure.
