Nova Reserve 15th Anniversary has a complex richness and whispering peat. Taking whiskies from Speyside, aged in Oloroso sherry-seasoned casks, as well as a subtle smokiness from a parcel of aged blended scorch, we built in oiliness and custard-like richness courtesy of a blended grain whisky that had spent time in Madeira casks.

Bottled at 101 òproof’ and with an intriguing gravitational pull thanks to the array of wine casks used, we see this as a fantastic accomplishment for Reserve 101’s next mission to Mars.
