• The blend is rested in a neutral tank for up to one year before bottling
• Yeasty aromas combine with grape must and ripe melon, continuing to a palate of delicate sweetness and pleasant acidity where fresh oregano parries a slightly oxidative note. A hint of gooseberry arrives late on the finish.
• 17% ABV; keep refrigerated once opened

Traditionally, this spirit is served as an ap©ritif in Gascony, but it has recently found new appeal as a dessert wine or accompaniment to melon and cheese.
