Made using Chipotle from Oaxaca. Chipotle peppers are smoked, dried jalape±o peppers. We first infuse the ingredients for two weeks in
neutral alcohol, and then do a slow reduction by adding Fair Trade liquid sugar and demineralized water for a perfect balance.
