Distilled from ripe aromatic Swiss Williams pears, from the Canton of Valais region. The pear distillate first rests in stainless steel tanks for at least two years. It is then oak aged for 14-18 months. After it reaches maturity, the distillate is further refined with our home-made Bonificateur. This together with the wood maturation, gives this fruit brandy its unique and intense aroma and a subtle sweetness with an almond note.
