TASTING NOTES

Nose: Dark amber aroma, intense caramel notes, spicy aroma, fully ripe exotic fruits,
vanilla sweetness on the nose.

Palate: Strong hints of exotic fruits with a dominant but harmonious fruit sweetness, very complex, balanced sugar cane aromas.

Finish: Full multi-layered finish of Austrian precision and Jamaican fruit sweetness.

• 50% distilled in Austria by Hans Reisetbauer; 50% sourced from an undisclosed distillery in Jamaica
• Reisetbauer rum is distilled in a custom Christian Carl still from Fair Trade-certified molasses sourced from a sugar-farming collective in Mauritius
• Non-age statement; aged in 500-liter Ysper oak barrels
• Jamaican rum esters arrive on the nose with plantain and juiced pineapple fiber along with clove, wet leather, and a hint of barbeque acidity. The palate is soft and rounded with cinnamon, mango, and almond before receding into a finish of jackfruit and toasted coconut.
